one of those weeks....

have you ever had one of those weeks? a week when you have completely lost your voice due to the allergy-enduced asthsma you apparently have (which was initially misdiagnosed as pneumonia) and which everyone feels compelled to point out to you..."you've lost your voice." "oh really, i hadn't noticed..."

a week full of impressions and ideas and mixed feelings and great conversations and lame conversations and awkward moments and moments of flow. a week of opposites and frustrations and moments of happiness and sunshine and fresh breezes. lots of laughter and near tears of frustration. times where you can't sit still and times where you can't really bear to walk another step (that was undoubtedly the shoes).

a complex week that you both hope ends soon and wish would never end?

well, i'm having one of those weeks....

Ugh, I'm so sorry honey. I have had similarly frustrating-exhausting weeks and I can commiserate. Here's hoping the voice comes back, the asthma calms down, and life returns to it's normal roller-coaster.

Lots of love,
xox

I can relate. Having those weeks lately because of our winter weather. Every day we get up to either snow or rain. Sometimes the sun peaks out just to tease us.

Make yourself a hot mint tea, add a cookie or two for spoiling yourself, and stay away from what you're allergic to. An air cleaner where you are will help you breathe. You aren't used to the allergens in this part of the woods. It will be better next year - if you can wait that long.

I've had this week, more than once. But you seem to have found the good with the bad and what else can you do, really? That photo is pure sunshine. I hope you get a little more of that this week...

Without the bad stuff would we ever really appreciate the good stuff? But you are taking it a bit too far! (grin) Know that when the bad stuff comes that something really good must be right around the corner. Pollyanna, I know, but it works for me...
